I use secure third-party banking to verify payments, and I only collect data necessary for improving my services and enhancing your experience. I will never share your personal information with a third party without your explicit consent. My commitment is to safeguard your privacy and ensure your data remains protected. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: Since booking a session involves reserving time specifically for you, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged.

If you are unable to attend an in-person session, you may inquire about the possibility of meeting virtually instead. Please note that most insurance providers do not reimburse for missed sessions.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or the Fresha App.
