1. What services do you offer?
I offer one-to-one counselling for adults and young people, providing a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and challenges. This can be face-to-face or online.

2. How do I book a session? You can book a session via the booking link through FRESHA or by contacting me directly via email or phone. I will respond as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time.

3. Do you offer online sessions? Yes, I offer online counselling sessions via Zoom, a secure video platform, for those who prefer remote support or are unable to attend in person.

4. How much do sessions cost? My session fees are from £60. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or via Fresha. Please contact me directly for information on my current fees or visit the Fresha app.

5. What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.

6. How long does a counselling session last? Each session lasts 50 minutes, unless agreed otherwise.

7. How many sessions will I need? The number of sessions varies for each individual. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others may choose longer-term support. We can discuss your needs and agree on a plan that suits you.

8. Is counselling confidential? Yes, confidentiality is a key part of counselling. The only exceptions are where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law. More details can be found in your counselling contract.

9. What issues do you help with? I offer support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and personal growth (but are not limited to these). If you're unsure whether counselling is right for you, feel free to reach out to discuss your needs.

10. How do I know if counselling is right for me? Counselling can help with a variety of challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or struggling with personal issues, therapy might be beneficial. Our initial session will explore your needs and whether my approach is the right fit for you.
