About Me

I have always been drawn to working in spaces that can feel uncomfortable or taboo, and I possess a natural ability to support individuals in navigating these areas. My curiosity about people and their behaviours has always been a driving force, and it is this passion that shapes my work.

I am the proud founder of The Self Sessions, a private therapy space where we offer our signature Single Session therapy, designed to help you connect with every part of yourself, alongside more traditional therapy options.

In addition to running my private practice, I have had the privilege of working as a sessional counsellor for the East Kent Rape Crisis Centre (EKRCC). I am also currently serving as a Trauma-Informed and Mental Health Schools Practitioner, supporting children in the local area.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their ethical framework and ensure my practice reflects the highest standards.

I studied Business Administration at the University of Kent before training for four years to become a qualified BACP Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. I have since completed a Level 5 Diploma in Trauma and Mental Health Informed Schools (TIS UK) and specialised training in Rape & Sexual Abuse Counselling for Children.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, where I have supported both men and women in managing mental health, anxiety disorders, and body dysmorphia.

Through my diverse experience, I am dedicated to helping people face their challenges with compassion and a deep understanding of their needs.
